User Agreement/Membership Disclaimer
In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof, so you must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes. Your use and/or continued use of the site will signify your acceptance to any adjustment to these terms.
Before you become a user of this site, you must read and accept all of the Terms and Conditions in and linked to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. We strongly recommend that, as you read this User Agreement, you also access and read the linked information. By accepting this User Agreement, you also agree that your use of some other websites or websites we operate may be governed by separate user agreements and privacy policies.

We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We are providing this service “AS IS”, without any express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability. myCarBuddy.ca is not responsible for the actions, content information or data of third parties and you release us, our directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim you have against any such third parties even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, sounds, or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from myCarBuddy.ca, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items presented by third parties. More specifically, third parties are entirely responsible for each individual item ("Item") of Content that is posted, emailed or otherwise made available via the myCarBuddy.ca site. You understand that myCarBuddy.ca does not control, and is not responsible for Content made available through the site, and that by using the site, you may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. Furthermore, the myCarBuddy.ca site and Content available through the site may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent of myCarBuddy.ca and make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such site. Your linking to any other websites is at your own risk. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will myCarBuddy.ca be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via our service. myCarBuddy.ca doesn't warranty or provide any service of vehicles in any way, and is free from any obligations related to any sales or purchases of vehicles or services found through the site Content. Any value added services or warranty's are part of each specific dealers offering. You acknowledge that myCarBuddy.ca does not pre-screen or approve Content, but that myCarBuddy.ca shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via the service, for violating the letter or spirit of the terms of use or for any other reason.
myCarBuddy.ca Membership Details
When I purchase a myCarBuddy.ca membership, the selected monthly fee (Basic Membership 1 month = $299; Deluxe Membership 1 month = $499) will be billed to my credit card on the 1st day of each month in advance of receiving the service unless I cancel by calling customer service at 877-211-5107 M-F, 9am-6pm PST. When I select the 3 month AIR MILES® Bonus Offer I understand that my credit card will be billed up front for a 3 month membership (AIR MILES Bonus Offer on 3 month Basic Membership = 3 x $299 = $897, AIR MILES Bonus Offer on 3 month Deluxe Membership = 3 x $499 = $1497). After the 3 month term membership, the service will be automatically renewed with the same membership on a monthly basis (either Basic Membership 1 month = $299 or Deluxe Membership 1 month = $499) and the corresponding monthly fee will be billed to my credit card on the 1st day of each month in advance of receiving the service unless I cancel by calling customer service at 1-877-211-5107 M-F, 9am-6pm PST. By purchasing a monthly membership or a 3 month membership package I also represent that I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and full Terms and Conditions of this offer.
When you provide a payment source to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that payment source and authorize us to collect and store it, along with other related transaction information. You are responsible for and agree to reimburse us for all reversals, charge-backs, claims, fees, fines, penalties and other liability incurred by us (including costs and related expenses) that were caused by or arising out of payments that you authorized and accepted. It is your responsibility to remit any taxes that apply to your transactions and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claim arising out of your failure to do so.
myCarBuddy.ca Satisfaction Guarantee
I understand that if I am not fully satisfied with the myCarBuddy.ca membership that I may cancel at any time by calling or emailing customer service and obtaining a cancellation confirmation number. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services, shall be refunded. If a customer requests a refund or cancellation for the AIR MILES Bonus offer, billed for 3 months service in advance, then the customer agrees to have all AIR MILES returned back to the company in exchange for the refund. For e.g. if the customer purchased a Basic 3 month membership for $897, a total of 110 AIR MILES reward miles will be returned back to the company.
myCarBuddy.ca will refund the pro-rated difference of the monthly subscription, so for example, if the myCarBuddy.ca monthly membership is $299 and if the membership is cancelled on the 20th day then $99.67 will be refunded ($299/30days = $9.97 x 10 days). The same applies to AIR MILES reward miles, using the same example, the customer agrees to have 7 AIR MILES returned to the company ($99.67/1 AIR MILES reward mile per $15 = 7 AIR MILES).
